Suntech Engineers and Contractors (SEC), was founded in 1990 by Mr Sunil Chander Sharma, a Civil Engineer graduate from DCE. His vision was to contribute to the world’s growth, which was already in progress. With his visionary leadership, SEC was ranked 5th in India by the Ministry of External Affairs.

Accompanying Mr. Sunil Chander Sharma, his son Mr. Shivang Sunil Chander Sharma, who started working with us as an intern, while he was studying and sharing the same vision of providing livelihood to the people, which gave him immense happiness to be a part of Suntech.

Over the past 34 years, SEC has had the privilege of providing skilled manpower to some of the most prestigious projects worldwide, like Burj Khalifa, Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, Palm Jumeirah Island, Burj Al Arab, MIG Tower, as well as collaborations with renowned organizations such as Arabian Construction Company, Urbacon Trading and Contracting, Fibrex, NPCC, and many more, spanning various industries including Oil and Gas, Construction, Healthcare, and Hospitality.

We take pride in our ability to source talented individuals from countries like India, Nepal, Bangladesh, and more, contributing to the development of nations across the globe. Our headquarters are located in India, and we also have a strong presence in Doha and Dubai, boasting a team of over 100 experts dedicated to our mission of addressing the global manpower shortage with high-quality candidates.

Throughout our journey, we have successfully delivered a workforce exceeding 450,000 individuals and fostered partnerships with over 450 satisfied clients. Our track record includes effectively providing manpower to countries such as Saudi Arabia, Oman, Iraq, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Africa and beyond. MISSION

While working as a Project Manager in a construction company, I noticed significant mismatches between candidate skills and job requirements due to incompetent recruitment agencies. This led to project delays, material wastage, and safety concerns, causing financial losses. Recognizing the need for better workforce solutions, I formed Suntech engineers & contractors in 1990 with a diverse team of engineers and supervisors with experience in various industries like Oil & Gas and EPC, MEP and Facility management and many more . Leveraging their expertise, we efficiently source and screen candidates, bridging the gap between employers and the workforce.

VISION

As I matured, I was inspired by my father’s vision and developed a genuine interest in the business, driven by a desire to support the livelihoods of numerous workers and uphold my father’s legacy. With my technical background, I found it natural to grasp the intricacies of the recruitment process. I wholeheartedly committed myself to following in my father’s footsteps, determined to nurture and expand upon the family legacy.
